- Chop plantain stem roughly and keep in
buttermilk.
- Heat water in a vessel and drain
the chopped plantain stem from buttermilk and add it in the water.
- Also add the green chilies to the water.
- After boiling, remove the green chilies
and keep the water aside.
- Grind the boiled plantain stems.
- Do not grind the chilies.
- In a vessel strain the grinded
plantain stems and add little boiled water which we kept aside.
- Boil for few minutes and add salt and
pepper powder.
- Plantain soup is now ready.
