Masala Pori

 

Ingredients

Pori

2 cup

Groundnuts

2 tbsp

Carrot (Grated)

3 tbsp

Onion (Chopped)

Half medium sized

Tomatoes (Chopped)

Half medium sized

Green Chilies

Turmeric Powder

1 tsp

Chili Powder

2 tsp

Salt

To taste

Lemon Extract

3 tsp

Coriander leaves (Chopped)

2 tbsp

Raw Mango (Chopped)

3 tbsp



Instructions:
  1. In a kadai, add 1 tsp of coconut oil or gingelly oil and fry Pori and groundnuts in medium flame until Pori becomes crispy.
  2. Then in a mixing bowl, add Carrot, Onion, Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Raw Mango, Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander Leaves and mix.
  3. Then add the roasted Pori and Groundnuts to the mix and mix well. 
  4. Now add the lemon extract to the mixing bowl and mix it well till it combines well.
  5. Tasty masala pori is ready!!!
