Instructions:
- In a kadai, add 1 tsp of coconut oil or gingelly oil and fry Pori and groundnuts in medium flame until Pori becomes crispy.
- Then in a mixing bowl, add Carrot, Onion, Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Raw Mango, Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander Leaves and mix.
- Then add the roasted Pori and Groundnuts to the mix and mix well.
- Now add the lemon extract to the mixing bowl and mix it well till it combines well.
- Tasty masala pori is ready!!!
