4 cup Water
2 cup Sweet Corn
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tbsp maida
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

1. In a large vessel, boil 4 cup water and 1 tsp Salt
2. Add sweet corn and boil. Once boiled, drain off the sweet corn.
3. Take a mixing bowl, add corn flour, rice flour, maida, pepper powder and salt.
4. Add the sweet corn to the bowl and mix well making sure that flour is coated well to the sweet corn.
5. Sieve the mixture to remove the excess flour.
6. Deep fry in hot oil making sure to keep the flame on medium.
7. Stir ocassionally and fry until it turns golden brown.
8. Transfer the fried corn to the bowl and mix well with chilli powder and pepper powder.
9. Make sure the spices are combined well.
Enjoy it hot with a squeeze of lemon juice for a tangy kick or pair it with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra indulgence. Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste preferences. You can also experiment with adding other spices or seasonings to customize the flavor of the crispy corn.
